    Submit a headshot in JPG format under 30KB. Label the file with your name and niche, for example: photo-of-jane-doe-yoga-expert-for-women-over-50.

  • After your article has been live on Your Senior Journey for two weeks, you’re welcome to share a short excerpt on your own website, as long as it includes a direct link back to the full post on Your Senior Journey as the original source.

  • All links must comply with Google’s quality guidelines | Thin SEO content written primarily for ranking purposes or promotional articles disguised as personal advice will not be accepted

  • Publication discretion: Your Senior Journey reserves the right to edit or decline submissions to ensure quality and fit. If I determine that a post is no longer suitable for the site - for example, due to quality concerns, changes in focus - I reserve the right to edit, update, or remove it without giving any reason.
